This project reinforced how much clarity and structure matter when a brand is scaling faster than its tools can keep up.
What we built
Property Portal & Listings
A structured listings system where every property is presented with the detail an international buyer needs, from location and price to the specifics that matter when purchasing from abroad. Built on a CMS the team can manage directly, so new properties go live without friction as the catalogue grows.
Design & Brand Experience
A visual language rooted in Japanese simplicity: clean layouts, generous space and a restrained palette that signals trust and elegance. The design carries the brand's personality while keeping the focus on the properties and the guidance Mi Casa Japón offers.
Built to Scale
An architecture designed to hold a growing catalogue and an expanding audience without losing clarity. The site works as the brand's central hub, ready to support new markets and higher volume as the business keeps expanding.
