Nagaworld Rewards

Carlos Ivorra
Founder
Leading the design end to end, from concept to final screens, meant every decision could serve one thing: a rewards experience worthy of the NagaWorld name.
Key Spaces
Rewards & Points Experience
A clear, intuitive system that lets members see their points balance, understand their status and browse the rewards available to them at a glance. The core of the app, designed so the value of membership is obvious the moment it opens.
Offers & Promotions:
A dedicated space surfacing current offers and promotions, keeping members informed and giving them reasons to return. Designed to feel timely and relevant rather than cluttered.
Bookings
In-app room booking that lets members reserve their stay directly, connecting the loyalty programme to the resort experience without leaving the app.
Concept, Design & Direction
The full reconceptualisation of the app, owned end to end by Kanso: idea, information architecture, user flows and UI/UX design. We led the design team and coordinated the build configuration with an external development partner, keeping a single, coherent vision from concept to final screens.

Aproach
We started by defining what the app needed to do for members, then built the structure and design around that. Leading the design team and directing the external build meant the concept stayed intact all the way through: every screen designed to make membership feel effortless and premium, matching the standard of the NagaWorld brand while keeping the key actions, checking points, finding an offer, booking a room, quick and clear.
Timeline
A five-month engagement, covering full concept, design and coordinated implementation from the ground up.
